Blister equipment

Blister equipment refers to machinery used in the packaging industry to create blister packs, which are a type of packaging that consists of a pre-formed plastic cavity (blister) attached to a backing card or foil.

Blister packs are commonly used to package small consumer goods such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, and toys, providing protection and visibility for the product.

Blister equipment typically includes machines for forming the blister cavities, sealing the blister packs, and sometimes labeling or printing on the packaging. Some common types of blister equipment include:

1. Blister Forming Machines: These machines heat and mold plastic sheets to create the blister cavities that will hold the product. The plastic sheets are typically made of materials like PVC, PET, or PP.

2. Blister Sealing Machines: Once the product is placed in the blister cavity, a sealing machine is used to attach a backing card or foil to the blister, creating a secure and tamper-evident package.

3. Blister Packaging Lines: These are complete production lines that integrate blister forming, product filling, sealing, and sometimes labeling or printing into a single automated process.

Blister equipment can vary in size and complexity depending on the specific packaging requirements of the product being packaged. It is important to select the right equipment based on factors such as production volume,

product size and shape, and desired packaging aesthetics. Huandao packaging offer a range of blister equipment options to suit different packaging needs.
