A corrugated display box that ships flat and sets up into a retail display. The base forms a tray that holds and faces your products at the point of sale, and a die-cut header card stands above them to carry the brand and the promotion. It works on a counter, on a shelf, or as a shelf-ready tray that goes straight from carton to display. It suits retail promotions, product launches, checkout impulse buys, and in-store sampling.

Ships flat, sets up into a display
The box travels as a flat blank and becomes a display in store. Shipping flat keeps freight low and lets you hold stock without the bulk of assembled units, then staff fold it up in seconds when it is time to merchandise. The same structure can be pre-assembled and pre-filled when you want it to arrive display-ready, so it drops onto the counter with no in-store build.
Header card and product tray
Two parts do the selling. The header card stands above the products as the billboard, die-cut to the shape you want and printed on both faces so it reads from the front and can carry a message or a code on the back. Below it, the tray holds the products at an angle or behind a low front so shoppers see and reach them easily, with dividers or tiers added when the range needs organizing.
Print and finish
The print is what stops a shopper, so the process is built for it. We litho-laminate a full-color sheet to the corrugated for photographic quality, managed to G7 with a signed proof so color holds across reruns. Dark and saturated designs take anti-scratch matte film so they do not scuff grey on the shop floor, and soft-touch, spot UV, foil, and emboss are available for premium displays. When foil and emboss share an area we cut them on a single die so they register in one hit.
Built to hold a loaded display
A display has to carry its own stock without sagging. The board is matched to the load, with a printed outer face over an E, F, or B flute and a kraft or white kraft inner liner, and a double-wall build for heavy ranges or floor-standing units. We set the flute and wall from the product weight and the number of facings, then confirm it on our in-house tester so a full tray holds its shape through shipping and a day on the counter.
Eco and ordering
The structure is corrugated and recycles in the paper stream. Anti-scratch matte and soft-touch are film laminations, so where a fully repulpable display is required we can review an aqueous coating instead, and FSC-certified board is available on request. To quote, send your product dimensions and weight, the number of facings, where the display will stand, and your artwork, and we return an engineered dieline, a recommended spec, and a price, with a blank sample or a printed proof before the run. There is no strict minimum, though unit cost drops with volume. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC chain of custody, G7, and GMI are on file.
FAQ
Does it ship flat or set up?
It ships flat to cut freight and folds up by hand in store. If you would rather it arrive display-ready, we can pre-assemble and pre-fill it so it goes straight onto the counter.
How much product weight can the display hold?
That drives the board choice. A counter unit for light packs runs on single-wall, while a heavy range or a floor-standing display uses double-wall. Tell us the product weight and the number of facings and we spec the flute and wall to hold it without sagging.
Can you design it to fit my product and my shelf?
Yes. Structural design is in-house. Send the product dimensions and weight and the space it has to fit, on a counter, a shelf, or an endcap, and we return a fitted dieline with the header shape you want and a sample before the run.
What order quantity makes sense?
There is no strict minimum, but litho-lamination plates and setup spread over the run, so small batches carry a higher unit cost and the price falls with volume. Tell us your launch quantity and any reorder plan and we will advise on the break points.
Do you handle international shipping?
Yes. We export under standard Incoterms such as FOB and CIF, and because the display ships flat we advise on carton and pallet fit so the order lands at a sensible cost.
