The closure is what defines this mailer. A peel-and-seal double-sided adhesive strip lets the packer close the book mailer in one motion without tape, and a built-in tear strip lets the recipient open the box cleanly by hand. The same structure doubles as a returns-friendly pack, since many designs include a second adhesive strip for resealing.
You can keep the natural kraft look or print in full color. Kraft surfaces print by flexo in one or two spot colors for a clean recycled aesthetic, while white card and grey-back board take full CMYK offset for photographic artwork. Color is managed to the G7 Master standard with X-Rite measurement and held to delta-E 2 or below against a signed proof, so reorders match. A brand color can run as a Pantone spot ink when it must stay exact.
The corrugated wall holds the book firmly and guards the edges and corners that take the most abuse in transit. Multi-depth score lines let one design fit several book thicknesses, which cuts void fill and dimensional weight. Strength comes from the board build, not a fixed number: liner grade and flute are engineered to the weight and transport, then verified in our in-house lab with edge-crush (ECT), burst, and compression tests.
