Print quality and branding
Full-color branding is the point of this box. Artwork prints by CMYK offset (litho-laminated) for photographic quality, or by flexo for high-volume line work, on German KBA and Japanese Komori presses. Color is managed to the G7 Master standard with X-Rite measurement and held to delta-E 2 or below against a signed proof, so reorders match. Where a brand color must stay exact, that color can run as a Pantone spot ink; many palettes also reproduce well in CMYK, and the choice is yours.
Board, flute and strength
Box strength comes from the board build, not a fixed catalog number. Standard flutes are E, B, and F, while A, C, BC, and other profiles are available for heavier contents. The liner grade, flute, and wall are engineered to your product weight, stacking height, and transport mode, then verified in our in-house lab with edge-crush (ECT), burst, and compression tests. For ocean freight or humid routes, liners are upgraded to hold compression strength.
How ordering and sampling works
Send your dimensions and artwork, and we engineer the dieline and make a white sample for your approval. You review and confirm the sample by email before production begins, with no need to ship anything back to China. FSC-certified board, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, G7 and GMI color certification, and in-house test reports are available to support your quality and compliance checks.
Request a quote: send your size, quantity, and artwork (AI, PDF, or EPS) to receive a price and a free white sample.
FAQ
What print methods do you use? CMYK offset (litho-laminated) for photographic artwork, and flexo for high-volume line work. Digital printing is used for proofs and samples.
How do you keep brand colors consistent across reorders? Color is managed to G7 with X-Rite measurement and held to delta-E 2 or below against a signed proof. A critical brand color can run as a Pantone spot ink.
Are these mailing boxes recyclable? Corrugated board is widely recycled. For a fully paper-recyclable box, choose aqueous coating instead of film lamination. FSC-certified board is available on request.
How is shipping strength decided? Strength is engineered to your product weight and transport, then verified by ECT, burst, and compression testing in our lab, rather than quoted as a fixed load figure.
Can I get a sample before ordering? Yes. We make a white sample to your dimensions and ship it for approval; you confirm by email before production.
