The corrugated shipping box is the everyday transit carton that moves product through warehousing, courier, and export. Shown in BC double-wall board, it is built to your exact product and stack height, and runs as a half-slotted box for quick pack-and-close or a full RSC for a sealed six-panel carton. Single B, BC, or BE flute covers light inner boxes through heavy export loads.

Flute options: single B, BC, and BE
The flute sets the strength and thickness. Single B is thin, cushions well, and suits inner boxes and light goods at low cost. BC is the workhorse double wall shown here, pairing B and C flute for high stacking strength on heavy export cartons. BE double wall keeps the strength but gives a smooth E-flute face for crisp printing. Tell us the weight and stack and we spec the flute.
Half-slotted or full RSC
A half-slotted box (HSC) has one set of flaps, so it packs fast, nests as an inner or outer, and takes a separate lid or tray. A full RSC has flaps top and bottom that meet and seal into a closed six-panel carton, the standard for courier and export. Both come from the same board, so a BC flute carton can be run either way to match your line and closure.
Strength and certification
We design the box to your load, not a generic size. Edge crush (ECT) and box compression (BCT) are set to the product weight and how high the cartons stack on a pallet, so the walls hold without crushing in transit. For batteries and dangerous goods the same custom export carton is built and marked to UN3481, and FSC-certified recycled kraft is available for buyers with a paper-sourcing spec.
Applications
Use the corrugated shipping box for e-commerce and courier parcels, retail and wholesale distribution, export pallets, electronics and battery shipments, and heavy hardware. A half-slotted inner protects goods inside a master carton, a BC or BE double wall shipping carton takes the stacking load, and printed panels turn a plain carton into a branded shipper.
Get a quote
Send your product dimensions and weight, how the cartons stack and ship, and any print or certification you need, and we will spec the flute, size, and board and quote with a sample for your approval. ISO 9001 and 14001 systems keep board grade, size, and print consistent lot to lot, so every carton performs the same.
FAQ
Single B, BC, or BE, which flute do I need? Single B for light goods and inner boxes, BC for heavy export cartons that stack high, and BE when you need double-wall strength plus a smooth face for printing. Tell us the product weight and stacking height and we spec the board to hold it.
Half-slotted or RSC box, what is the difference? A half-slotted box has one set of flaps and takes a lid or nests as an inner, so it packs fast. An RSC seals top and bottom into a closed carton for courier and export. We make both from the same board to suit your closure and line.
Can you build a certified box for lithium batteries? Yes. The same carton is constructed and marked to UN3481 for lithium cells and other dangerous goods, in the flute and size your load needs. Send the cell type, weight, and packing and we build and label it to spec.
What is a realistic order quantity? There is no strict minimum, but the die and board setup spread over the run, so small batches cost more per piece and price drops sharply with volume. Tell us your annual volume and we advise the break points.
