The flip-top corrugated box is a printed food retail box with a hinged lid and a die-cut carry handle, full-color outside and clean white inside. It ships and distributes packaged snacks, then the lid flips open into a shelf-ready display, so one pack carries the product, stocks the shelf, and merchandises the brand without a separate display.

Flip-top lid and carry handle
The lid is hinged to the body, so it flips shut for transit and flips open for display without a separate tray. A die-cut hand hole turns it into a carry handle box that a driver or shopper can lift and move easily, which suits route delivery and cash-and-carry. Closed, it stacks and ships like a carton; open, it presents the product, so the same box does two jobs.
Full-color print and clean white liner
The outside is printed full-color by litho or flexo for brand graphics and product shots, while the inside keeps a clean white kraft liner that looks tidy when the lid is open on the shelf. Lamination, matte or gloss, protects the print through damp and handling in food retail. The white interior also reads as clean and hygienic, which matters for a food pack.
Shelf-ready for retail and distribution
As shelf-ready packaging, the box arrives packed, opens in one move, and sits on the shelf as a filled display, which cuts the time staff spend unpacking and facing stock. As a printed distribution carton it protects the inner packs through the warehouse and route, then merchandises them at the point of sale. One SKU covers transit, distribution, and display, so you buy and store fewer packaging parts.
Applications
Use it for chips and snacks, biscuits and confectionery, nuts and dried fruit, tea and coffee sachets, and other packaged food sold through supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesale. The flute board protects the inner packs, the carry handle speeds stocking, and the flip-top display lifts sell-through at the shelf.

Send your inner pack size and count per box, the artwork, and whether you want a hand hole or a reinforced handle, and we will spec the board and dieline and quote with a sample for your approval. ISO 9001 and 14001 systems keep print color, board grade, and cut consistent lot to lot, so every box matches.
FAQ
Does the box work as both a shipper and a display? Yes. Closed, the flip-top lid seals it for transit and stacking; open, the same box is a filled shelf display. That is the point of shelf-ready packaging, it cuts unpacking time and needs no separate display unit.
Is it safe for food? It is a secondary pack for already-wrapped food, with a clean white liner inside. For direct-contact needs we can supply a food-grade inner or liner to your market's standard. Tell us the product and how it is wrapped and we advise the right build.
Can I choose the handle and flute? Yes. Pick a die-cut hand hole or a reinforced handle, and E, B, or EB flute to match the weight and stacking. Heavier packs use a stronger flute; lighter snack packs use E-flute for a smooth print face. We spec it to your load.
What is a realistic order quantity? There is no strict minimum, but the print plates, die, and setup spread over the run, so small batches cost more per piece and price drops sharply with volume. Tell us your annual volume and we advise the break points.
