The face is a white top sheet printed flat on a full-size offset press, then laminated to an E-flute board with a white kraft liner behind it. This gives the smooth, high-resolution print of a folding carton with the rigidity, edge strength, and cushioning of corrugated, which a plain box cannot match. The white liner keeps the inside clean and bright, so the E-flute retail box looks finished inside and out.
The logo is hot foil stamped and embossed from a single electro-engraved die, so the metallic foil and the raised relief share the exact same outline with no misregistration. Running both effects on one combination die, rather than two separate tools, locks the shine and the emboss together on every box. That register is what makes a hot foil stamped box read as premium embossed retail packaging rather than a flat printed label.
Graphics are printed CMYK plus spot colors on a full-size offset press for tight registration and clean solids across a large panel. On top of the foil and emboss, you can add matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, or a protective varnish to control sheen and resist scuffing in retail handling. The result is a shelf-ready pack that holds color and finish from the first box to the last.
E-flute laminated board carries the weight of a massager, kitchen appliance, or electronic device without bowing, and protects corners and edges through retail and courier handling. A die-cut hand hole or a fitted handle lets a shopper carry the pack out of the store, and an EPE or molded-paper insert can be added to seat the product and its accessories. The printed appliance box then works as shipper, shelf display, and gift pack in one.
