Sized to your edge
The U-channel is cut to your edge thickness, so the corner protector grips on its own without tape and does not slip in transit. Tell us the panel or frame thickness and the corner radius, and the inner gap and wall are set to match, from a thin glass pane to a thick furniture panel. A tighter gap grips harder, a softer wall takes a bigger drop, and both are tuned to the load.
Corner and edge in one system
A furniture corner protector rarely works alone. The same EPE is run as a U-shaped edge profile that slides onto a straight edge, with round and half-round profiles for framing, tube, and rod. Fit the L-shaped corner guard to each corner and run the edge profile between them, so nothing hard touches the product face along the whole perimeter.
Why EPE foam
EPE is an expanded polyethylene foam that is soft, resilient, and springs back after impact, so it absorbs repeated knocks that would crack a brittle foam. It does not shed dust and will not mark a painted, polished, or glass surface, which paper corners can scuff. It is light and moisture-resistant, so the guard adds protection without much weight and shrugs off damp transit.

FAQ
Will it stay on without tape? Yes. The U-channel is cut to your edge thickness so it self-grips and holds through handling. If the edge is very thin or slick, we add an adhesive back or a strap slot. Give us the edge thickness and we set the gap so it clips on and stays put.
EPE foam or paper corner protectors, which is better? EPE cushions impact and springs back, will not scratch a finish, and resists moisture, so it suits furniture, glass, and coated surfaces. Paper corners give higher edge-crush for strapped pallet loads. Tell us the product and the risk and we advise which fits, or combine both.
Can I get an anti-static version? Yes. The same corner and edge profiles come in pink anti-static or black conductive EPE for electronic enclosures and sensitive assemblies. We quote them to the surface-resistance band your ESD program needs, alongside the standard blue or white foam.
What is a realistic order quantity? There is no strict minimum, but the profile die and setup spread over the run, so small batches cost more per piece and price drops with volume. Tell us your annual volume and we advise the break points.
