Each cavity is thermoformed to one item, so bottles, vials, ampoules, or hardware sit tight and upright with no loose movement. A multi-cavity insert tray keeps a full kit aligned for a clean unboxing and faster hand-packing on your line. Send a sample or drawing and the sample room forms the cavities to match.
The standard sheet is crystal-clear APET, which shows the contents and prints and debosses cleanly. APET is recyclable and rPET is available for a recycled-content story. White, black, and tinted are options for a premium or discreet look. For heat or hot assembly, PP or PC is used instead, since APET softens.
For electronic parts or components, this tray is available as an anti-static tray. Anti-static is quoted by the surface-resistance band your ESD program needs, made either as a coated grade for one-way shipment or a compounded grade for returnable turnover trays. Tell us the resistance target and whether the loop is one-way or returnable.
Use the product insert tray for health supplements, oral-liquid bottles, ampoules and vials, cosmetics, hardware fittings, and small electronics. The clear PET shows the goods through a window box, the fitted cavities protect fragile glass in transit, and the flat tray stacks and de-nests fast for packing.

Can you form the tray to my exact product? Yes. Send a sample or a drawing with each item's dimensions and the layout you want, and the sample room thermoforms the cavities to fit. You get a clear sample to check fit and de-nesting before production tooling is cut.
What is a realistic order quantity? There is no strict minimum, but the forming tool and sheet setup spread over the run, so small batches cost more per piece and price drops sharply with volume. Tell us your annual volume and we advise the break points.
Is the tray food or pharma safe? For direct food or medical contact we quote a virgin, food-contact-certified sheet and skip regrind. Tell us the contact type and destination market so we match the right grade and certification. Standard industrial trays use a normal APET sheet.
PET, PS, or PVC, which should I choose? APET is the clear, recyclable default and the retail standard. PS is cheaper for opaque turnover trays. PVC seals easily but faces retail restrictions and has no recycling story. We recommend APET or rPET unless a specific line needs another sheet.
