The PS blister tray is an opaque, formed insert that seats each item in a fitted cavity, so a boxed set looks premium and nothing shifts. As a gift box insert tray it hides the box base under a clean matte surface, and as an electronic PS tray it holds parts square for assembly or turnover. Each cavity is a vacuum formed PS tray shaped to your product.

Cavities and fit
Each cavity is thermoformed to one item, so bottles, devices, or parts sit tight and upright with no rattle. Because PS is opaque it hides the box base and any packing below, which is why it reads premium in a gift set. Corners are radiused in the tooling to stop the PS cracking at tight edges. Send a sample or drawing and the cavities are formed to match.
Color and finish
PS colors easily, so the tray comes in matte black, white, or any brand color, with high-gloss, velvet-touch flocked, or metallic finishes for premium sets. The matte black shown gives a clean, high-end look and hides handling marks. Choose the finish to match the box, since the tray is the first thing a buyer sees on opening.
Anti-static option for electronics
For electronic parts, this tray is available as an anti-static PS tray. Base PS is static-prone, so ESD grades are compounded through the sheet for a lasting effect, quoted to the surface-resistance band your program needs. Compounded grades suit returnable turnover trays because the property does not fade like a surface coating.
Applications
Use the tray for premium gift sets, cosmetics and beauty devices, personal care, electronics, and turnover trays on a production line. The fitted cavities protect the product and stage it for unboxing, the opaque shell keeps the inside of the box clean, and the flat tray stacks and de-nests fast for packing.
Get a quote
Send your product dimensions, the cavity layout or a sample, and the order quantity, and we will form a dieline and quote the tray with a sample for your approval. ISO 9001 and 14001 systems and clean-room thermoforming keep the parts consistent lot to lot.
FAQ
Can you form the tray to my exact product? Yes. Send a sample or a drawing with each item's dimensions and the layout you want, and the sample room thermoforms the cavities to fit. You get a sample to check fit, finish, and de-nesting before production tooling is cut.
PS or PET, which should I choose? PS is opaque, rigid, and low cost, so it is the default for gift-box inserts and turnover trays where you do not need to see through it. PET is clear for display packs. Tell us whether the tray should hide or show the contents and we quote the right sheet.
Can I get a flocked or colored tray? Yes. PS takes velvet-touch flocking and any masterbatch color, plus gloss or metallic finishes, so the tray can match a luxury box. Flocking and custom color add cost and a batch minimum, which we confirm with the quote.
What is a realistic order quantity? There is no strict minimum, but the forming tool and sheet setup spread over the run, so small batches cost more per piece and price drops sharply with volume. Tell us your annual volume and we advise the break points.
